A physical assessment follows. This looks at wrist and forearm movement, ligament and tendon integrity, grip strength, nerve function, and the contribution of the elbow, shoulder, and neck to your symptoms. From there, a treatment plan is discussed with you, including a realistic timeframe and clear guidance on activity during recovery.
